• AW&L develops fisheries management plans, fish habitat improvement plans and fly fishing programs for large ranches, guest ranches and recreational ranches interested in improving fishing, generating additional revenue sources, expanding personal use or mixed use parameters specific to your needs.
• AW&L consults on fly fishing properties and ranches for fisheries assessment, management and developmental plans with licensed brokers to use as part of the private market listing and search process. We consult with potential buyers so they understand the fishing assets they are considering.
• AW&L consults with owners, ranch managers and wildlife managers to integrate our plans and programs with existing ranch management plans.

Worked with small guest ranch owner on approximately 1 mile of Rio Costilla to increase trout habitat,
develop management plan and a fly fishing program for increased revenues on this guest ranch.
COW CREEK RANCH - PECOS, NM
4+ miles of Cow Creek trout stream and 7 trout ponds. Worked on the ground floor
with ranch developing fisheries management plan, habitat improvements and fly fishing program development
